Michael W. Cardamone, Esquire, President and Founder of Cardamone Law a rare boutique firm solely dedicated to work comp cases for injured workers in Pennsylvania, has secured a $220,000.00 settlement for an injured client who sustained a serious and permanent shoulder injury as a result of an on the job accident.
The parties mediated the case several weeks ago but were unable to reach a deal. However, today, Cardamone sealed the deal for his client. The settlement represents several years worth of work comp checks.
