Cardamone Law Settles Work Comp Case For $135,000.00
Cardamone Law has represented a client with an upper extremity injury for several years. Recently, our firm negotiated a deal to resolve the matter for a lump sum of $135,000.00 for our client. A hearing has been scheduled for approval of the deal by a Work Comp Judge. The Judge has to determine if the injured worker understands the full legal significance of the Agreement- called a Compromise & Release Agreement.
