Winning Workers’ Compensation Cases in Pennsylvania

Michael W. Cardamone, owner of The Cardamone Law Firm, a Certified Work Comp Specialist, has secured a victory for his client, a hard working custodian in the Pittsburgh, PA area. Insurer alleged that his client had her earning power back but Cardamone successfully convinced the Work Comp Judge that his client is not currently able to work within the restrictions as set forth by the hired defense doctor.

As a result of this victory, Cardamone’s client will continue to receive her work comp checks as the case proceeds.
