Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Lawyer Gets Injured Night Shift Worker His Dues

Michael W. Cardamone, MyPhilly WorkersComp, of The Cardamone Law Firm, has secured a victory for his client, a night crew manager at a Philadelphia area supermarket. Cardamone’s client injured his ankle while working. Insurer defended the claim, in part, based on the contention that Claimant failed to give notice within the 120 day period. However, Cardamone successfully argued that proper notice was in fact given, and that his client had sustained a work-related injury which was compensable under the Pennsylvania Work Comp Law.
