Attorney Cardamone has secured a Stipulation which admits a disabling low back injury suffered by his client, a Certified Nursing Assistant, which pays her wage loss and medical benefits from September 2013 to the present and ongoing.
The case resolved once the Independent Medical Examiner admitted a work-related injury and ongoing restrictions. Once the Stipulation was signed by the parties, the Work Comp Judge approved it. After approval, the payments must be made within 30 days or the insurer is subject to penalties under the Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Act.
