PA Work Related Injury Lawyer Michael Cardamone Settles Workers’ Compensation Case For Injured CNA

Michael Cardamone, Owner of Cardamone Law, a specialized boutique dedicated solely to representing injured workers, has secured a large cash settlement for his client, an injured CNA who sustained a foot/ankle injury while working.

The settlement was reached after a few months of litigation wherein the insurer was alleging a “recovery”. Cardamone had successfully won the first stage of litigation called Supersedeas.

The settlement must be approved before the Workers’ Compensation Judge at a hearing, then payment is due within 30 days of the approval.
