PA Workers Comp: Cardamone Law Reaches Six Figure Settlement For Client Suffering From Work-Related Upper Extremity Injury

The deal was reached after weeks of negotiations. Pending in the case was a Petition to Terminate alleging a recovery; however the treating doctor was prepared to testify that the IME doctor’s opinions weren’t true as Claimant experiences ongoing disability.
PA Work Comp Settlements must be approved by a Workers’ Compensation Judge a hearing on the record. The parties will present the settlement to the Judge in a few weeks for approval.
